What do you know about Faith No More? Ok, you know that the band came together in 1982, in California. You know that several big names, like Courtney Love have been vocalists in the group. You know that Mike Patton joined the band a few weeks before they recorded their new album The Real Thing, in 1982, going straight to the studio to record. Now, knowing all that, but not seeing them live doesn’t really mean much, does it? Write this down: on November 14th Faith No More will be with you at the SWU Music & Arts Festival!
From the moment their album The Real Thing came out, the band became a great international success, becoming one of the greatest rock bands of the 90′s. Amongst their greatest successes are the songs “Epic” and “Falling to Pieces” from their album The Real Thing (1989), “Midlife Crises” and “Easy”, cover of The Commodores, both in the album Angel Dust (1992), as well as their other hit “Ashes To Ashes”, in their album, Album of the Year (1997).
A year later in 1998, the end. The members decided to break the band up, but their long-awaited return came true in May 2009, even including a concert in Brazil. You, who’v seen Faith No More up close, you know what we’re talking about – and surely will be there again on the 14th. And you, who haven’t had the chance wont be crazy enough to miss out on this opportunity!
